- 7.2. Temporary data such as message history is automatically deleted according to the timeframes specified in Section 2.5.
- 7.3. Upon account deletion or service termination, we will delete or anonymize User data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
- 8.1. Our Services are not intended for users under the age of thirteen (13) or the minimum age required by applicable law in their jurisdiction.
- 8.2. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information.
